While I want to agree with this, I don't know about the last part. Can you imagine someone telling you that you could NEVER engage in a certain profession again for the rest of your life, especially if you've never done anything wrong with respect to that position?

I like the term limit on laws better. Trying to decide if it will be so cumbersome re-voting for current laws all the time, that it would make it difficult to create new laws; or if the whole thing will become such a joke that new laws will be even easier to slip in because "you can always vote out the law next session." Interesting concept.

ETA: Term limits on laws would be EXTREMELY dangerous to the Constitution though.
