I am normally the match director for the Weld County matches.

Here is the announcement I sent to the list yesterday:

We have a 3-Gun match at Weld County this Saturday, April 25th!

I'll be out of town, so fellow CMG member Scott Stephens will be running the match.

Setup 8AM, shooters' meeting 10 AM.

Please come and help Scott set up the match. A couple of our normal setup helpers cannot make it this month. Ever wondered if you can set up a stage, or have something you want to try? Show up at 8 AM and help set it up!

I went today. zak put on a great match. It was really windy, in fact we all got pretty gravel blasted at the rifle stage. Good times.

I walked out this morning and the wind hit like a blast. I doubted they could keep targets in place and balked on going.

I plan on being there next month. We'll get a squad going of members here. Ought to be a hoot.

I sure hope the weather holds for next weekend. Despite the wind I went out this morning to make sure my scope was zeroed for 200. I've been looking forward to this since November. I'll be the one that looks like he has only done this four times(because I have), so any and all advice and even a little good natured jabbing are welcome. Hope to meet some of you next weekend.
