    I like the overall look of the conversion but you are right the FAT tires will only be good in the mud and the heavy deep snow, Not so great on Rocks and other terrain. Those big tires will be nothing but "Bounce" offroad here, you dont need bounce and on a 10 degree off camber trail over rocks.

    Which may explain the no undercarriage armor, not needed with snow so much. Maybe why it is the POLAR conversion.

    Wonder what it would look like with less "fat" tires?

    I guess that's a militarized looking version of the Toyota Hilux used by the Top Gear gang's Polar Expedition.
