Maybe it's a MacMillyn? I dunno.
Both have two all beef patties, lettuce, tomato, pickles and special sauce. But the McMillan has a a sesame seed bun.

My Feedback
"Praise be to our prophet, John Moses Browning, who hath bestowed upon us the new testament of shooting. Delivered unto us, his disciples, on 29 March 1911 A.D."
+1 to Hoser .
That isn't a McMillan stock unless someone has dipped or covered it in something . Whats it constructed out of ? All McMillan stocks are layed up fibreglass around a composite core with the outer finish being molded in to the gel coat or paint .
That first picture sure looks like laminated wood to me .

So after further investigation, you guys are correct. It is not a McMillan stock!! I believe it is from Remington. Never thought to look at the shipping label, but it came from Ilion, NY. Once again guys thanks for all the help. So now can I take the dremel to it?? haha

It has a Remington recoil pad, and it's from Remington. The from address matches Remington's address exactly.
Problem resolved! Got it all bolted up and tweaked down correctly. Cost me a 50.00 and some breakfast...so I still think I made out pretty good. Thanks for your help guys in finding out exactly what I had.
