Jacketed bullets are made from copper tube then filled with lead, plated bullets are lead bullets very thinly plated with copper.

Plated bullets are only supposed to be loaded using cast load data.
Jacketed can be driven to higher velocity
Plated bullets are designed to reduce barrel lead deposits
I say lets all remove the warning labels and let nature take its course.

There are none in Colorado Springs. They are MIA. And every where on line I have checked as well.
    will work for:
    bullets primers & brass

When (if) you find any, get the 1k box, not just 100.

Also, post here to let us know where you found them!

i don't think you read carefully enough. the $125 shipped/1k was for the bullets. because they are plated, i know it is a little high, but got them in three days so i figured it was worth it. i was ASKING if the winchester 7 large pistol primers are what i am looking for. if so i found a place that claims it is only a 1-2 week wait, while 6-7 week wait for all the other brands. just wanted to make sure before i ordered
