Don't really have anything more to say than already been said. However my wife showed me that one of her Facebook acquaintances said "god hates bigots" along with some other stuff. Kind of contradictory in my opinion but I'm sure all this stuff will get sorted out when he flat lines.
I think both he and his followers would be more upset if nobody showed up or paid any attention whatsoever to his passing.
