    Default I Need Help With: Cookin' the Easter Bunny

    So every year I serve our kids the Easter Bunny for Easter dinner. Damn thing keps coming back and pooping out jelly beans all over the house!

    We have had many ways of eating the little buggers.

    Another thread inspired me to ask all of you. There is many hunters/game eaters here.

    How do you eat your rabbits?

    Absolutely does. I substitute it in most any recipe. Don't get to hunt or cook rabbit near as much as I would like.

    I find that tying the ears down helps to get them in the oven
