    Default NY man charged with manslaughter...after defending his home from burglars WHO OPENED FIRE




    If Pacific and Atlantic tidal waves could just wipe out NY and CA, I think it would be in everyone's best interest.

    umm, the burglar is outside the home and down the street when he is shot?

    no shot in the house. body better be in the house when the cops get there

    Ah, I misread that. I thought those were the burglars coming out and the shooting had taken place inside. I see now.
