This is the most important part ... and I think 2019 is rather optimistic ... I suspect they'll collapse the system right before the 2016 election (like they did in 2008, only the whole thing not just Real Estate and home mortgage markets) to frighten the proles into voting Socalist..er..Democrat.

Open the gun market to everyone, let the other citizens have a chance to defend themselves and these armed wannabes will learn how to be civilized real fast.
Not defending the Ukrainian Govt., but the Maidan group which broke into the arsenal have been robbing, extorting, destroying businesses and private properties. They also wear Fascist arm bands and act like the Anarchist. The western Ukraine is threatening memorantum, crimea style, if these roaming gangs are not under control. The gov is afraid the Russian will use this excuse and start smuggling guns to the eastern Ukraine 'to defend the Russian majority.' These are not ordinary Ukrainians
