Brotherinlaw's new Savage 110BA

Went out to Falcon range today to zero my brother in laws new rifle. I didn't want to waste any of his high dollar ammo so I was real careful and adjusted in at 100. Then we moved over to the 300'yard range. I doped his scope and sure enough he had a nice string going. I shot my 338-06 Remmy but couldn't see if I was on paper (9x). He asked if wanted to give it a go and not wanting to mess up his target I shot at my target. I could tell I was hitting a little low (lot better scope) and shot four rounds hoping for a nice group. When we got the targets I amazed at my luck. The high left was from the 338-06 holding over as I have no turrets on that scope.
