Speaking of grammar and spelling.
After bunch of expository writing, my grammar was near perfect. HOwever, after finishing school, I rarely wrote anything more than 3+ pages.
I use to let interns or assistant to read over the paper for proper grammar.

I remember I got called on at other forum for writing slide "jamb"
If I have some money and have my own company, I will hire in-house legal/compliance to review my grammar.
