I Like Cheese
Did some cheese shopping today. Not too uppity but some good stuff.
First off:
This ain't no pepper jack. It will light you up. Have some milk/yogurt handy.
Next:
Nice bite and it's got a Scottish plaid. More sharp then a New York extra sharp.
What else is good?

Nothing beats some fresh cheese curds, can't get them around here though.
King Soopers had some and they were absolutely vile.
My Dad's aunt used to own a small cheese plant in Northern Wisconsin. Nothing like curds right outta the vat.
OP, Murray's Welch Cheddar at King Soopers is pretty good. I spend a fortune on the Butterkäse there.
