Should have let the guy pass. The other guy was a jerk for sure. But using your phone while driving is probably just as dangerous.

and that is perfectly acceptable, and no you can't please everyone.

the lady in the video says she was going to turn left in about a half mile, her video is 2 minutes long, at 60 mph that is two miles, and she had obviously been there for a while. i submit she had time to clear the lane as she is supposed to and that she is partially to blame
