Actually it was at a Jewish retirement home and a Jewish Community Center parking lot.

What was odd was in the article I read it said the local church pastor said two of the dead when to his church????????????????????????????

Please pray for the Corporon Family this night. The first two killed were my passionate, brilliant cousin, Dr. Bill Corporon, and his beloved 14-year old grandson, Reat.

The suspected murderer appears to be an anti-Semite. My cousin was a Methodist.

I don't know how to feel. There is nothing I can think of to do for all those they loved, whose hurt exceeds words. But, I believe in the power of prayer and God's healing touch.

This is my home town, my younger sister used to go to JCC with one of our neighbors. I am beyond words at hearing this news.

They do everything they can to bring up evil black rifles. They know a shotgun was used but they won't stop until they can show a evil black rifle was used too. Unbelievable.

Overland Park police chief John Douglass said a shotgun was used in the attacks, and that investigators are also trying to determine if a handgun and assault-style rifle may also have been used.

An unfortunate follow-up to this - the ignorant and misguided folks at the Westboro Baptist Church plan to picket these funerals. The Corporon family is hoping enough folks show up to build a human wall to shield them that they may mourn in peace. If you care to visit the WBC page you can read their statement of intent.
