I have the Elusive Wildlife Kill Light in red. I have used it to take a lot of coyotes. It was pretty easy to identify targets at close to 200 yards. Rechargeable batteries make it really nice.

Have you looked at the streamlight game spotter? Think TLR1 in green.
Green is much harder for night vision optics to pick up (why the military uses it) and most animals can not see it either. Green (given the same intensity) will hurt your night vision more than red though. Red filters on many "white" lights are too white and red can be eye fatiguing as well.Originally Posted by Rabid
