    I have the Elusive Wildlife Kill Light in red. I have used it to take a lot of coyotes. It was pretty easy to identify targets at close to 200 yards. Rechargeable batteries make it really nice.

    Have you looked at the streamlight game spotter? Think TLR1 in green.

    Green is much harder for night vision optics to pick up (why the military uses it) and most animals can not see it either. Green (given the same intensity) will hurt your night vision more than red though. Red filters on many "white" lights are too white and red can be eye fatiguing as well.

    All depends on what you need to do/see. The topic is much broader than the marketing.

    This is for hogs in Texas. Not for me either. The guy wants a green handheld light that can take a beating.

    I just bought a Surefire 6P because they have a 210 lumen green LED conversion for it.
