The video shows it cruising down the street at a decent speed.

M114's can pick up their heels quite a bit. Aluminum cans basically.

Only hits about 40-45 mph in the right conditions. The treads looked different and sounded more rubbery than our old ones.

More than likely, they ARE rubber treads/rubber coated. Otherwise they'd tear the crap out of the streets, and I don't see the chamber of commerce taking that lightly.

The tracks we used were metal with a replaceable rubber pad in the middle. It looked as though the entire track shoe is rubberized.

Lots of soley rubber treads for tracked vehicles come out of Isreal. As was already stated, the metal and metal with rubber tracks chew up pavement like nobodies business so they typically get replaced with the full rubber tracks.

Definitely not a tank. They are very old and outdated. Never actually saw one in person, my units had all gotten rid of them. Even when I got to the guard. It appears that JeffCo bought one the ones we got rid of.

I like how you added that the house was a rental. As if that was the deciding factor to use it...."Uh, should we use this?" "Well, I don't know." "Hey the house is a rental." "Okay, the op is a go." LOL.

Just crackin' on you a bit.

    Lets see.
Gun turret - check (just because it is unmounted does not mean there is no gun/firehose/Active Area Denial system)
Enough armor to stop anything the enemy has - check

Looks like a tank to me.

I know in military terms it is not a tank, it is an obsolete target. In civilian terms it is a tank.
