If your employees are too F%^King stupid to be able to type a credit card number into a website and then print a receipt perhaps you need to find new employees rather than demanding a training guide with screenshots and arrows for all the little idiots to try to read and follow.

But it's just unreasonable to expect anyone to know how to do their job. It's only fair that if they just show up they should get paid. Right?
This client tells people they don't have to do the job if they don't understand it. So I have to put every single minute detail in writing with pictures and arrows to show them how to do it.
Apparently none of these idiots have shopped online before so they're confused about credit card numbers.

You should know by now it is ALWAYS somebody else's fault!
For you to expect somebody to take accountability for their own stupidity is unheard of and all you will do is hurt their feelings which according to the mantra of the day is more important than being a responsible person.

Just be thankful they take credit cards and don't have to figure out change when given cash. Can you imagine writing the guide for how to do that?
