We have good luck streaming with them even though we have limited service.
DishNet is HughesNet. I used to have it. Completely sucks. 20gb data limit. You go over, they drop your speed to 512k. The dish equipment says HughesNet on it.
They also said I went through 20gb in 4 days. Total BS.
He might only be able to get "dial-up" service with them, where he is at.
