    Default Yahoo Mail Issues?

Yahoo recently made changes to how they allow mail to be sent which restricted mail not originating from their servers (or some such stuff).

Since yesterday, I've been unable to connect to the Yahoo mail server to send/receive mail (via browser access direct to the server).

I was wondering if any other Yahoo Mail users have been having problems too.

[Note: Before it begins, lets not let this turn into a "this is why I use gmail/aol/msn/comcast/hotmail/rocketmail....." thread]

I have had a Yahoo account for 15+ years. I've pretty much given up on trying to use it. Every update makes it more useless. Same thing with my Yahoo Group.

Have you tried emptying your cache and logging back in?

Ah Pook: Yes. I'm on my iPad, but once my wife frees up the PC I'll try there too.

ETA: When I try to send I get an error indicating that the iPad can't connect to the mail server. I attempted to re-enter my password via my iPad settings & it locks in at "verifying" while trying to communicate with the mail server.

After Marissa Myers took over Yahoo, Yahoo Finance, yahoo, Yahoo mail has been full of bugs and other crap.
Literally the timing is right after she took over the company.
