Mine is almost identical to cofi's.

Cofi - Go with the Tactical Tailor Removable Operator Pack it is nearly identical but half the cost. You and I have almost the exact same setup, I do not use my Chest Rig on my Plate Carrier though. The TT ROP works great on the Mayflower APC.

I have most everything set in modules. It is kinda broken up so if time is critical we can grab just what we need to survive the next week or so, if we have more time we can pack and move accordingly. Flexibility is KEY to this as has been said above.
