I don't know where to begin. My good neighbor has an asshole neighbor adjacent to his property. His damn dogs bark nonstop and create chaos every time he lets them outside to include 5am and 9-12 at night. There is probably 7-8 acres of property between us and they still wake up my son. Although the barking is not nearly as bad his dogs harassing my neighbors animals and killing his ducks and chickens. I talked to him once, but he blames everybody else. The threatening emails this dick sends to my neighbor is pretty bad. I am documenting it this summer and having the Sheriff take care of it along with having the petition signed by other neighbors. To answer your question. He is the only dick up here with Democrat signs on his property during the elections.

Its not that hard to train dogs if time is put into it. My dogs are on the property all day and they don't bark. My GSD will only bark two or three times to warn an animal or person when they come on her territory. My Husky only barks (sort of a howl/bark) when she is playing). When a neighbor is totally inconsiderate of what their animals are doing, I get pretty pissed. I wish that my neighbor shot the dogs when they came on his property and killed his animals; it would have been justified. Instead, he put up a massive electrified fence to keep them out and still deals with the asshole neighbor and his barking mutts.

I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.

Coming from a non-dog owner perspective. I think it is a dog owner's DUTY to put in the time for their animal. If you do not have the time to train and provide the dog the quality of life it deserves then do not have one. I would love to have a dog, but I know my limits and I cannot provide the animal the time it deserves, so I don't get one.

Letting a dog outside to bark incessantly because you can't be bothered to train it properly is neglect. Not only is it neglect it opens the possibility of some unsavory characters in the neighborhood to take out their frustrations the illegal way, and that is unfair to the dog.
