Default Montana Draws Line In The Sand!!!!!!!!!

All I can say is... wow!

    http://www.gather.com/viewArticle.js...81474977674743

In short, the law basically allows for any guns, ammo, and accessories (including silencers) to be sold within the borders of Montana, so long as the gun, ammo and accessory being purchased was manufactured in Montana - as it doesn't fall under Federal jurisdiction since it technically doesn't involve interstate trade. Oh yea - no background checks either.

    THIS IS BIG!!!!

This is old news. It's looks like a gun issue, but it's really an interstate trade issue. We'll see how long it lasts...

Got to be quick to bring new news to you. Be optimistic and curious to see what happens with the feds. This seems to be an experiment to me and a slap to the face to the current administration.

I only said that because it's been posted on here already a few times.

I really like what Montana is doing, and am VERY interested in seeing how well it goes.

I would love to see that pass and other states follow.

Could you imagine...a Magpul Masada without a background check!

I would think about starting a suppressor company!
