CO is not the south. Maybe south of Montana. I like that it started there. More rural and more conservative. I see more states following suite like WY, UT, ID before CO.

I believe reps are about 60 something % and dems at 40% (might be even worse)

yep thats kind of what I figured. CO would not go this route because of the fear of losing fed tax dollars. ITs like the state depends on it. I bet Montana could care less.

I was under the impression that this bill has existed in Colorado for the last 15 years or something. Not just Colorado, but 13 other states as well. Am I getting this bill confused with another one?

I also feel like once federal funding is threatened, then people will balk and roll over and show their bellies.
