Default 6th and Raleigh home invasion..

    http://kdvr.com/2014/04/30/woman-tur...r-in-her-home/

Woman has CCW and is attacked at home.. her gun was in a case/holster which in the seconds that mattered did not allow her to pull the trigger..

    From article:
“I have a concealed carry permit and a handgun and I immediately went for that. I grabbed my firearm and we both just aimed at each other but mine was in the case so I couldn’t pull the trigger.”

She should have just said: "ohhh let me go get my husband for you". These scumbags do this to find the females home alone.

    Or not answered the door.
Or answered the door WITH her pistol if she is not expecting visitors.

If I am not expecting anyone at my door, I have my pistol and I am not a happy camper.

Ohh wait, I am always carrying at home, so it is always available, don't have to go to the bedroom.

You know, if your going to be victim of a home invasion it will likely occur at your home.

And the wife wonders why I carry at home....

Exactly, mine is never in a safe, with me or next to me at night

Here, here. I keep my G26 with me at all times, even while lounging or reading downstairs in the evening. I only substitute it out when I retire to bed next to my G21.

It is surprisingly easy for a perp to kick in a door and be in the victims personal space, especially if that perp already has made contact with them and knows exactly where the victim is and that they are alone. Ohh, and took a peek at the layout of the house already by the victim opening the door to talk with the perp.

Anyone take note at how many walls that round went through?

It's got a cop motor, a 440-cubic-inch plant. It's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.
