I really want to get some of those, I have irritating issues with my front door (sidelight) and my back door (big glass pane) that I wish I could fix easily.
Door devil's are a waste of money. 4 3" deck screws will work.
Is your definition of easy replacing the doors or installing security gates?
Well the back door I can replace easy enough... (have to get HoA approval)
But the front door has a sidelight, so 4" deck screws is out of the solution there, as is most door hardening ideas because the door will only ever be as tough as the material between the door and the sidelight.

This is why I say theyre a waste.
Ive seen and repaired many kicked in doors with and without those jamb plates.
For half the money and less time you can do better.
I thought she was foolish to go on TV. Maybe now he comes back for payback.
Yeah, because he (and his buddies maybe) definately know who she is.
He's already been to her house once.. I would think that if he wanted "payback" that he would know where she lives regardless of whether or not she went on TV..
Or maybe he's sitting there thinking "Is the vague description valid, or is my ass in the wringer?
