I've thought about this topic a bit and have arrived at a point I can articulate my issue with this movement. I'm on my phone so I'll try to be brief and still make sense.

In language, there MUST be rules for how letters sound on their own, and when interacting with other letters when forming words. Without a standarization, language as a concept would fail entirely. So when your name is Geri, but you spell it Jere (actual name I heard on the radio this morning) you cannot be offended when people pronounce your name as the rules of the language say they ought to.
If you feel you can freely interpret the way words are pronounced, then I am just as free to pronounce them correctly and you have ZERO cause to be offended.

That's the way I feel about gender classification. If someone can craft an appropriate response to such people, please do; because my general response to people too stupid to understand simple societal structures that are required to exist, is just "F you lady."

Bingo. Biology and chemistry tell me that you're either male or female, short of a biological deficiency. So, I'm going to use the standard methods of identification and classification to determine how to refer to you. If you don't like it, too bad. Or god forbid, take pride in it. Take pride in growing, teaching, directing your child into a great man or woman instead of this neutral bullshit. It's a damn copout. You don't have to be great yourself because your kid is going to be "neutral" which just means they're going to suck at life.
