Bravo Company Extractor Upgrade kit

Have a BCG question for all you knowledgeable types. I bought a set of the Bravo Company Extractor Spring upgrade kits for my ARs. I took one of my bolts apart to install the kit and noticed that this bolt already had an O-ring around the spring. I didnt think that was a factory configuration is it? I dont recall where I got the BCG from so it may very well be a Bravo Company set so would thiers already come with the upgrade kit installed? I have 3-4K rounds through this rifle so I will probably change out the spring anyways but just curious more than anything.

all my BCG's have the o-ring set up, various vendors. I have a few aside for replacement, as you did. Wonder if it's SOP from vendors?
