According to this: Legally Armed Colorado had 139,560 in 2012 (don't know where the number comes from). Here says the same thing

I'll bet Mesa County is right up there with Jeffco, El Paso, Larimer and Weld as far as percent of CCW in the population. Too bad there isn't a current database of stats but only the CBI could do that.
If anyone were to ask which Colorado County has issued the lowest number of CCW permits, Las Animas would probably be in the running for the lowest number.
