I've personally met someone who served as a vietnam tunnel rat -he took most of a full ak mag to the stomach/abdomen/chest at close range and still somehow helped cleared the tunnel and made it to surgery and survived.....he's not someone of an imposing stature or overly intimidating, maybe a little crazy but I doubt he was on heavy drugs or anything.

I have absolutely no doubt that any person could take a few handgun rounds without stopping.
