    IIRC, the marine is holding a very long salute for a parade or memorial ceremony on a very hot day and the two other guys are keeping him hydrated and looking good in the heat.

    It was for the Operation Rolling Thunder. The Marine decided to dress up and hold a salute during the entire length of the tribute. The bikers next to him are Marines as well ensuring that their brother stays hydrated.
