Heard about this the other day. She is getting her gun back, but it's been a struggle to make them come up with a workable solution. I wonder how many others in similar situations have been effected the same way.

Some question if this sort of thing is an Unintended Consequence of HB1229. I wonder if it wasn't intentionally designed this way.
