Geneva Creek Trail. Didn't get all the way to the end, there was quite a bit of snow pack towards the top.

Went and ran some trails today.

Pulled a stuck Jeep out of a snow packed trail.

This was a fun part after that the trail was all wet.

Decided not to try crossing this one and turned around.

A lot of the trails looked like this only worse.

End of the trail, and a shack.

On the way back down (had already split up from the Jeep I was running with at this point) took a wrong turn. It was very steep and muddy and narrow. Much more of a Jeep trail, then a tank (Land Cruiser) trail. Thankfully I have sliders, but it didn't completely save me.

Should have jumped out and got a pic from outside, this doenst do it justice. And I am not a rock crawler.

    Here is the damage.

    Cleaned up.

How unfortunate, is that a Rubicon? Pretty sure my single locker Taco has conquered deeper snow than that.

It is. He was in 4Hi, and he did not have any lockers.

Didn't have them (lockers) engaged or didn't have them at all?

He said he didn't know. He may not know how to use it. It is a Wrangler Unlimited and according to the Jeep website if you get it in Rubicon it has locking diffs.

Perhaps my assumption on Rubicon owners being "yuppies" who don't know how to use their equipment isn't so far off after all.

LOL. He is a decent guy. Just learning. He is camping, which I am not doing. I came home for a shower and a comfortable bed.

I'm sure he probably is, I shouldn't paint them all the same.

Looks like he just bought the Jeep? That looks like there are dealership promos where the license plates should be.

He might want to dig into the owner's manual.
