I think the gray area is there, but if I recall the question is something like are you intending to purchase the firearm for yourself or another individual... Something like that. Either way, the bottom line is if you are not sure or don't feel comfortable, don't do it. I just lost my job anyway & probably have no business buying another gun, even if it is a good deal.
