Default 401k to Precious Metals IRA

So, question for you dudes. I'm leaving my job, and the new job doesn't have a 401k for me to roll over to, so I'm just going to do an IRA.

Has anyone done this with one in precious metals, like Republic Monetary Exchange or something? I would love to hear some feedback, as I'm pretty sure I want to invest it in a physical asset.

    Thanks

We rolled ours to a Traditional IRA, through PSCU. They have Zero penalties for withdrawal when it comes to term. Which saves 10-15% over any other place we looked. Keep in mind the .gov takes their 20-30% for early withdrawal. Any PM investment i would do, requires it be on hand, not financial institutions. Ask the took a shitcoin folks how they fared.

Yeah, I've found a couple where you can take the metals as physical assets, and would want to do that for sure. I found a local company who is recommended by APMEX and does them, so I'm gonna call them to get some more details.
