We're on our 3rd k cup machine in 3 months there fucking pieces of shit I can't get a goddamn cup of coffee even though I spent 160 on a fucking coffee machine I'm debating on either going back and returning it......again to Costco or just throwing it into the yard and going office space on it.......fuck this communist Chinese pile of shit

lol I've had mine and used it every day for 2 years and it has been great. It's the mid-size one with 3 different cup size options. Have you googled any troubleshooting stuff? Everyone once in a while, I have to stick a paper clip up into the nozzle that injects water into the K-cup to clean it out... but that is the only maintenance I have ever done on it.

I don't know what the hell Jim just said, but did you try googling the funny noises?

Try running white vinegar through it 6-8 times, then plain water with no K-cup in it 6-8 times.

My parents have sent theirs in twice for repair, so you're definitely not the only one with a faulty one. Hope you can get it sorted out without too much more stress! Nobody should be deprived of their coffee!

do you know that if you call Kuerig and explain your "frustration", they'll send you a free replacement.
we replaced ours twice and someone on another forum said they called them and they sent them one. They know their machines break, they make their money on coffee

We have one at work that get used a lot and we haven't had any problem. Let us know what Kourig says if you go that route. If you go "office space" in the yard, post video!
