    Default 30rnd Mags in Denver?

I was talking to a guy today about the Denver AWB and how it changed from the full ban to limiting magazines to 20 rounds.

He said that isn't even the newest thing, he said that the mag restriction was gone now too? Or is it raised to 30rnds?

I checked online this year and it looked like the law (38-140?) was still the same? Did I miss something?
I'll stop buying black rifles when my wife stops buying black shoes.

Your friend is wrong. 21 or more detachable mag is still considered illegal to possessed in Denver.

Knew is was too good to be true. I wonder where people get some stuff they hear? When I moved here, someone else told me I had to register my guns.

If you're wondering about laws on the books, get the info straight form the horse's mouth: BATFE Colorado

Scroll down to the part that is specific for Denver, right near the end. No FAL/AK/AR/SKS w/ detachable mag, 21rd or more, and some other goofy ass thing about pistol grips, followed by some stuff about locking up your guns in the presence of children.

There's a good chunk of reading there, and I think we all should know these laws like the back of our hand (especially if you live in Boulder/Denver/Aurora, which all have city-specific codes).

I just feel bad for those poor bastards in CA. There's so many laws on the books there the ATF actually had to split them up into two different PDF's.
