    Colorado wiretapping laws allow a conversation to be recorded as long as one (1) person in the conversation is aware it is being recorded.

    Unlike many other states, not all parties to a conversation need to know it's being recorded.

    There's also nothing illegal about sharing recordings someone made legally. I'm guessing that goes for computer conversations as well.

    If it is the girls who released the documents, this might certainly apply. But so far all three are denying it as well so I have a hard time believing it was them.
