Subsistence lifestyles, homesteaders, etc.
There are large populations of people in other countries that have not had jobs, and have lived that way for thousands of years.
Not having a job is fine with me as long as you aren't standing at an intersection holding a piece of cardboard or living off the gubment.

Unfortunately, that is the mindset of a lot of people today. Not just the youth. A lot of people on unemployment found it enjoyable because they had freedom to be themselves and not at the mercy of an employer. Scary mentality. Today, it's all about feeling good and having fun. Or someone else's dime because your lazy, or strung out on drugs. No need for a job, if you care for self, family, needs, etc. and your self sustaining. Working for your self, and not having a typical job; OK.
