My opinion here, based off of my life experiences & a measly semester as a Psych major (30 years ago)..take it for what it's worth.

(1). If you act like another girlfriend to girls/women, they'll treat you like and see you as another girlfriend. Man up or shut up.

(2). You want adoration, start with a dog. Dogs give adoration freely and help teach you how to give it back.

(3). Clearly a narcissist. It's all about me me me. I believe he's a product of this whole "Everyone is a winner, no one is a loser" mentality/social practice. The kid had no coping skills with rejection & expected life to be "fair". His "Retribution" video showed me a person of entitlement. Fancy car, etc. He felt he was entitled to, or deserved, girls throwing themselves at him since he was such a fine specimen of a man. He had no idea how to step outside of himself and rationally evaluate why girls weren't interested in him. But then again, why should he have to do that, he should be getting girls just because he exists - he's entitled. He expected life to be "fair" since everybody goes home with a ribbon. When he got a taste of the real world he couldn't cope and decided to make others pay for the unfairness of it all. What he should have done is gone home and slapped his parents in the face for shielding him from disappointment in his life and not preparing him for what the real world had in store for him.

Guys, this kid was a sociopath. A bona-fide sociopath that belonged to several "Superior male" sorts of groups. Misogynistic, racist and the whole entitled attitude.

He released a 141-page single-spaced manifesto that will raise your hair, if you can get that far. Narcissistic, grudge-holding and living in a downward spiral. It's no wonder women shied away from him.

Oh hey- "fat chicks" are not second-class citizens. So even though he couldn't even score with a "fat chick," that's not anyone's problem but his.

Particularly scary since my sis's church was just two blocks away from one of the killings. I hadn't even been paying attention to the news, so didn't hear about this until I met my folks for dinner. On hearing it, my mom'd been quite worried until she saw my sis was OK.

On fox news last night one of the guests was a woman shrink. She said after watching the video the first time she thought he was a heterosexual who was completely frustrated by lack of success with women. However, after watching it a few more times she came to the belief that he is actually a frustrated homosexual. I didn't hear an explanation of why she felt that way.

This case clearly shows "sensible" gun laws and gun free zones do not work. He killed his first three victoms with a knife and tried more than once with his car. His rant spoke about later getting the SUV to make it easier to kill more with that vehicle than his BMW sedan. He was motivated to kill by any means and just used the tools at his disposal.

I pray for peace for the victims. I see civil suits coming and the politicians are printing off new anti gun legislation for Tuesday morning.
