I also picked up a Xterra last week and I'm really happy with it so far. The cheapest 4runner with cloth seats and nothing else was well over $32k. I got the Xterra with leather and some other niceties for over $2000 less than the 4runner.

OP, I think you'll be quite happy with the Frontier if you end up getting one.
