This fellow has been asking for it for a while, now. He crosses the checkpoints everyday for work or whatever, and always videotapes it when he refuses when they ask.
It'll be interesting to see how this one works out. He's suing, you know.

I have nothing to hide anyways. Why would an average American citizen worry about a checkpoint that is not designed for them? I've crossed them many times. Owned a condo on South Padre for years and years. Never got searched even once.
