Missing Couple in Afghanistan.... go figure...

I tend to side with your views and have regularly been flamed on other boards for it. Guess I am just not PC enough. Oh well.

I'm not sure where you're getting a 50/50 split. I can see nynco and his ilk making the first statement but that's hardly 50% of the forum. I think vast majority of us on this particular forum would quote Forrest Gump, "stupid is as stupid does," and press on with our own lives.

Hey now people. You know, if we just went to the whole one world government thing, this wouldn't be a problem. We could have one army to protect us all (hopefully with fancy blue hats), burn all the money and people would just make things and give them away for free. Afghanistan used to be quite a tourist destination... But that was before I was born, and anyone who knew about this has forgotten with over 30 years of that country being at war. It would be like in late 1944 going "Hey honey, let's do Christmas in the Ardennes!"

I'm old enough to still remember when Mexico was a good tourist destination.

I'm not sure how you classified each and every response. There were a whole ton of responses to expect ridicule if you do something ridiculous ... unless you're trying to classify responses to the stupid-arse rape analogy as being "blame can only be assigned to bad people". That idiocy doesn't even deserve a response.
