call Ford and tell them about there dealership. Explain to them how it will cost them in the long run. Use words like "free Advertising for them and the dealership"

I had to involve them back in 83 with a ford dealership in
longmont. They did make it right.

Obama.....
Change you can take to the bank(rupt).
As Jim has already stated, you should have been there when the doors open and stayed till they fixed regardless of the time it took. If you have to call in sick to work, get this done now instead of later.
I have worked at numerous dealerships and when stuff like this happened the piss ants will jerk you around and the big boss catch very little wind of it. That was until the customer (you) was in their face right then and there. Go to the guy that sold you the Expedition and demand to speak to their service manager (one of his workers forgot to put oil in it) and their general manager. Explain to your salesman (although not really his fault) that you are not leaving till this is taken care of. I have literally seen thousands of dollars given away on deals because in the end "the customer is always right." No need to be one those psychos screaming in the parking lot but make sure they know you are there to get taken care of one way or another.
As far as that other Expeidtion goes, pass. If it has been overheated (who knows how many times and for how long) you are bound to have problems.

Well, I just got home from the dealership, and the Wife now has a nice (still used) V-8 Explorer XLT. She also got a no charge extended warranty, and I got my check for the difference, plus a referral check. I still won't ever buy from them again, but this deal is now concluded...IF I get around to taking them the title to the Expedition which came in the mail today.![]()
How's the oil in that slightly used Explorer??? Glad it all worked out for you.
3/10. Not enough swearing or screaming at salesman.
