In my defense. I did say vent, not rant. Still, I don't expect to get a Christmas card from him this year. His boss, and his bosses boss met me in the parking lot when I pulled in this morning, I guess all the e-mails did get noticed.

I suppose you're right, you did say vent but it's almost mid night and I've been drinking.

I actually had my first ever pleasant vehicle buying experience in September when I bought my tundra.

I have always been a Ford guy, love their trucks. My 94 Crew Cab dually was an incredible truck.
That being said, the 05 F150 that I gave up a couple of months ago was a POS. Funny how their "100,000" mile spark plugs are garbage. Mine literally ate 4 of them, the insulator and electrode broke off and the engine digested them. Replaced 6 coil packs within 15,000 miles, transmission was a slushbox.

I just picked up a 01 Silverado Z71 from a member here, high mileage but I will be damned if it doesn't run and drive better than the F150 that had about half the miles on it.
