Call? you should be there when the doors open, or closer to 9 when the somewhat important people show up. They have a vehicle you paid for, they sold your jeep, they have been dickign you around. Time to bypass the food chain and go to the top.

Could you report your jeep stolen? They literally have not given you anything for your vehicle yet.

No, I did sign the paperwork so they could pay off the loan on the jeep so they could get the title.

I'm like this, having worked in the industry in the past, I'm very cautious and on-guard the moment I set foot on a stealership's property. OP, I would walk away from this... Get the money for the jeep, tell them to keep the SUV, don't deal with them again. But make sure they make this all right first.

I would love this option to play out. They gave me $9500 for my jeep, pay-off was about 2k. I'd Happily walk away from this whole mess for $7500.

Then I would go thru an auto broker, that's how I got my BMW (about $3,000 less than via a dealer), or Automotive Avenues off 6th & Simms... Everyone I've known who went to them was happy, including myself (bought my Dodge Durango there in '04, best car buying experience I've ever had).

OR, I could put the running boards back on my '01 Expedition, let the wife have it and spend the money finishing my F 150...

I've heard NOTHING but great things about Auto Avs. I had planned on buying a car from them, but unfortunately the first Gen 4 door Tacoma's aren't exactly in stock at most dealerships.

Good luck with Ford land OP, I hope you come out ahead in this deal.
