I got a hold of Paul Russ the owner and requested a refund. He informed me that a refund would happen by August 8th. I hope it does, this has been a dreadful 5 months. I'll keep you posted.
I forced the refund by calling my credit card company; they handled it, refunded my money as soon as I called, and I got notice from ShadowOps a couple of weeks later that my order was cancelled.
I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.
