That was probably my post you are talking to. Both of my billet lowers were tight and I don't just mean new tight. One was so tight a hammer could not get a mag in there. I talked with Paul and to his credit, no questions, he took care of it. Both lowers are now operational and work fine. I would call him and see what he can do for you. Some shops get fed up and it becomes all about the attitude. I have personally not seen this from him.

5/5 I can't get any mag in (Magpul Gen2, Gen3, 10,20, 30... Troy Battle Mag, GI Mag). If I get it in, it surely doesn't come out.
How did you get Paul's number? How long did it take to get new ones?

I got a call last night regarding a transfer. Shirt story..... Going to drop by next week and finish the deal. Seemed really willing to make sure things went right. I'll keep you posted.

I got my handle for a reason as to how I got his number I am persistent. I think his numbers were put out in a previous post. If not, IM me and I will help you out. When I did get the number he actually was responsive. Some on phone very good on text. Sorry to hear about all the trouble, that really sucks. That sounds exactly like what I was seeing. I had a GI mag that would have taken a hammer to get it in. I really don't think they are scammers but damn there are a lot of problems with these guys.

Ouch about the mag wells. I picked one of these up from another member a while back and it's a bit tight on mags. They don't drop free unless the mag is full (lol) but I can get them in fine. No where near as bad as what's posted above though. Should probably consider myself lucky.

I know this is a shocker, but the promised refund that was to take place on 08-08-2014 didn't happen. I contacted owner Paul this morning and he told me he'd do it today, so far no refund. If it doesn't happen by Monday, I'll start the process with my bank.

Thats my feeling as well, I posted all the info I had to help people get what is owed to them and it was deleted. Another mod posted yesterday that he wanted the company to respond within 48 hours as to what is going on, now I see that post is gone. Not sure why it seems Shadow Ops is being protected on here.

Not sure what was done or said. I know I pulled the two phone numbers and we talked about it last week. There is no "Protection" going on here and you should understand how things work. The next hint, mention, snarky comment on this aimed at the staff will be dealt with.
