Wow. I just logged onto FB and the responses to the post are pretty good. I like how the victims (i.e. customers) are now being blamed. Stay classy Shadow Ops, stay classy.
Crazy how they say they've been pumping all these funds out with nothing coming in. What happened to the months of funds being pumped in and no product going out the door?
I don't understand those statements either. An earlier post stated that they were over 750K in back orders with only about 250K of on hand product. That is a pretty big delta.
Prior to this latest disaster I talked with the Paul Russ on the phone. He fixed the issues with my lower and sent me a matching upper. I truly thought everything was slowly being turned around until this hostile takeover.
Lots of people are out of their money and it is ridiculous to start blaming the customers (as the new management is doing) and shutting the doors.
On Feb 12 they posted that you the customer was TOP Priority....that didn't last long.
I'm one lucky SOB to have gotten two lowers fixed (and returned to me) just a couple of weeks before all this happened!

How do you take something over without an understanding that you'll have to deal with all the ongoing issues and current customers? Sad turn of events.
