Maybe Shadow Ops was too big to fail? Where was the federal government bail out and take over to save all of the customers, employees and investors?

I feel bad for those who were screwed, but my feelings don't change anything or do anything for anyone. Anyone ever bought anything expensive; car, house, or made an investment and not received what they agreed to? Sometimes bad things happen. At some point, and I know that point is different for everyone, we just cut our losses and move on.
