    Well I had spoke to Tammy at around 11am, was told I should hear from her by afternoon. I guess I'll try to call her tomorrow?

    I don't know what this last posting means. I think they are in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy (liquidation) If it was me, I would be contacting the Colorado Attorney General.

    It looks like Paul Russ is still out there. I thought Copper Kinetics was his business but I guess it represents the new owners of Shadow Ops?
